Complete the booking form and either pay with CREDIT or DEBIT CARD on-line or make payment direct by BACS or IBAN to Theatrical Events Ltd. Bank account details are given on a pro-forma invoice* which you can print out on-line. The charges shown are for paying on-line or by BACS.

Complete the booking form, print a
pro-forma invoice* and mail or fax it with either details of your CREDIT OR DEBIT card or with a STERLING CHEQUE drawn on a UK Bank and made payable to Theatrical Events Ltd.  Address and fax number are given on the proforma invoice. An additional processing charge of £10 (inc VAT) per person is payable.

*PRO-FORMA INVOICES: If you require a pro-forma invoice in order to pay as an organisation, complete form for each individual delegate and select PRO-FORMA INVOICE after each. A single payment may then be made by BACS, CREDIT CARD or CHEQUE for the total to cover all delegates. If payment is made by fax or post an additional processing charge of £10 (inc VAT) per person is payable.

United Kingdom VAT is payable on all bookings.  The VAT amount and the VAT registration number of Theatrical Events Ltd is shown on the PRO-FORMA INVOICE which can be printed out. The VAT amount is included, but not identified, in the payments made through Google Checkout.

DATA PROTECTION
Information provided by delegates in their applications to attend the International Theatre Engineering and Architecture Conference 2010 will be held and used by Theatrical Events Ltd, the Association of British Theatre Technicians, the Platinum and Gold Sponsors and organisations directly involved in arranging the Conference to provide you with conference services appropriate to your interests and profession. A list of delegates and speakers' names with summary biographies will be made available to each attending delegate but no other information about delegates will be released to, or authorised for use by, any other firms or organisations.

BOOKING FOR VISITS will be available from late March 2010. If you have already booked for the Conference you may re-enter this website after that date using your BOOKING REFERENCE to make and pay for visit reservations. Please tick venues of interest to you in the list on the next page so that visits to the most popular can be arranged.
